How many guest fit in photo booths?
Our 360 can fit up to 10 guest and our kiosk can fit up to 6 people.
Can photo booths be outside?
Outside events will require a flat flooring that is not dirt nor rocks. WE try our best to accommodate all events to the best of our ability, however client will have to have to take weather into consideration. We will also still need a outlet available to run all photo booths.
How can I download images?
All images will be sent in a link to client after event. All guest will also be able to text, airdrop or scan a QR code to receive their personal images during event.
Do you require wi-fi?
We do not require Wi-Fi from client mobile hotspot is available. A secure line is always preferable to help your guest receive their images at a timely manner.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a cancellation 1 week prior to event in writing (via text or email). Cancellation not in writing will still be required to pay full remaining balance.
When can I expect to receive my images or audios?
Client will receive link in email to album of photos/videos within 1 week after event. All audios will be available 2-3 weeks after event.
